从床上转移到平车

变换卧位法

•    Remove pillow from under the client’s head

•    Place the pillow against the headboard

•    Instruct the client to bend both knees while keeping the feet flaton the bed

•    Place your arm under the client’s shoulders and the other under thehips

•    Bend your hips and knees, and spread your feet

•    Rock toward the head of the bed while the client pushed with his orher feet

更换体位注意事项※

•    注意节力，避免拖拉

•    有各种导管或输液装置者，先将导管安置妥当

•    颈椎或颅骨牵引者，不可放松牵引

•    颅骨手术者，应取健侧卧位或平卧位

•    石膏固定者，应注意局部肢体的血运情况

•    一般手术者，应检查敷料情况
