Lisa: Sam, you've sure made a mess of this job!

Sam: Have I?

Lisa: Yes indeed! And you said you're an organized person?! Do you really call this organized?

Sam: I'm sorry! I've never done this before. It's all so new to me.

Lisa: OK, well. try it again. This time though, follow the rules.

Sam: Actually, I was doing the best I could.

Lisa: Are you sure? Hmm, well, take another shot at it. Only, first, please take a look at the instructions. First things first.

Sam: I guess I was in a bit of a hurry to get it done. Didn't realize I'd skipped the prep work.

Lisa: There is a time and a place for everything here, especially good work. Don't put the cart before the horse. We want things right.

Sam: Understood. I go by the book on my next attempt.

Lisa: Fine. No need to delay now you know what's up. Can you get going on this ASAP?

Sam: Absolutely. Gotcha!

* Give a short oral presentation on the topic below. The following text serves as an example.

Be Flexible

In the real world, nothing stands still. Everything is constantly changing. Yet things change for a reason, and you have to be open to that change. This requires you to adapt, over and over again.

When you get used to something, you feel uncomfortable with its change. But the real world is full of creative ideas and productive movement. Nobody can stop this. If you get stuck in habits and traditions, you won't be able to encounter or accept new things. What will happen to you if you stay forever where you are?

Be flexible and you'll renew and develop yourself through changes in your social sphere, in your work, in your personal life, and in many other important areas of interaction and relationship.
