Teaching purpose（教学目的）
The world is full of unpredictable forces and undesirable outcomes. As a consequence, an owner who want the project to be delivered on time and within budget must monitor the process to prevent unpleasant outcomes along the way. In this chapter students will be taught the knowledge about project delivery and related project risks. Generally speaking, there are three basic project delivery methods, each one has its advantages and disadvantages. Their risks also differ. So in order to carry out effective project management, students must learn to analyze and choose the appropriate methods and contracts.
