1. AT&T is the world’s largest telecommunications company by revenue, with entertainment, TV, wireless, and internet divisions. It is the 11th largest company in the world. It provides its customers with internet, mobile networks, television, telephone, cell phone service, and more. AT&T is the largest provider of pay TV in the United States, and its network carries more than 185 petabytes of data traffic on an average business day. Known as AT&T Inc., it is a multinational conglomerate holding company based in Dallas, Texas, with over 200,000 employees in the United States. It began in 1880 as the Southwestern Bell Telephone Company, a subsidiary of Alexander Graham Bell’s Bell Telephone Company (Alexander Graham Bell invented the telephone). In 1982 the company was forced to divest of many of its assets after losing the United States vs. AT&T antitrust lawsuit. The company has since recovered ownership of all former subsidiaries. 4. Inditex
