Highlights

a) The marine cargo insurance is based on the principles of insurable interest (保险利益), utmost good faith(最大诚实信用), proximate cause(近因) and indemnity (赔偿).

中文意思：海运货物保险的基本原则是：保险利益、最大诚实信用、近因和赔偿

b) The insurance premium(保险费) is the consideration(金钱报酬) which the insurers (保险人,通常指的是保险公司) receive from the assured(被保险人, 货主或船东) in exchange for their (insurers’) undertaking to pay the sum insured (保险金额)/the amount insured in the event insured against.

中文意思：保险费是保险公司从被保险人获得的保险中所获得的费用，以换取承保的保险金额。

c) Ocean Marine Cargo Clauses (2009) of the PICC Property and Casualty Company Limited are FPA, WA and ALL Risks coverage.

中文意思：中国人保财产保险有限公司的海洋运输货物条款(2009)是平安险、水渍险和一切险险。

d) Institute Cargo Clauses (ICC) 2009 include InstituteCargo Clauses A, B and C.

中文意思：协会货物保险条款(ICC) 2009年包括机构条款A、B和C。

e) The marine insurance policy（海运保险单） is an evidence of insurance contract issued by the insurer to the assured. It stipulates each party's rights and responsibilities.

中文意思：海运保险单是一个保险人签发给被保险人的保险合同的证据。它规定了各方的权利和责任。
