a) United Nations Convention on Contract for the InternationalSale of Goods (CISG) （联合国国际货物销售公约）is generally regarded as the most important international law applied to（用于） international trade（国际贸易） contracts;

b) The Incoterms（国际贸易术语） rules describe mainly the tasks（责任）, costs（费用） and risks（风险） involved in the delivery of goods from sellers to buyers.

c) Incoterms 2010 include EXW, FCA, CPT,CIP, DAT, DAP, DDP, FAS, FOB, CFR and CIF trade terms.

d)  A letter of credit（信用证） is one of the international payment methods（结算方式）, it is more widely used for settlement(结算) than remittance (汇付)and collection（托收）.

e) The Uniform Customs and Practice for Documentary Credits (UCP)（跟单信用证统一惯例）are rules that apply to any documentary credit when the text of the credit expressly indicates that it is subject to （服从于…, 受….约束，受…调整）these rules.
