Project: Simulation of a job interview.

Design: The whole class has six groups and each group should have three interviewers and the rest act as interviewees. Each group represents one company recruiting new staff. The interviewees must try their best to have interviews as many as possible.The Dongguan companies and vacancies are real cases provided by the Teacher.

Part I. Preparation.

Students have prepared their CV and application letter one week before. During the class, the interviewees have 5 mins to prepare self-introductions. The interviewers have 5 mins to work out the interview questions.

Part II. Simulation of the interview.

Part III. Ask the interviewers to give a report about the interivew. They should report the vacancies offered, the number of the candidates, the successful candidates, the reasons for choosing the candidates. The interviewees who get the most offers will win 2 points for the score of this course.

Part IV. Teacher comments on the dress code, inadequate behaviors, ineffective interviewing questions, etc..

Part V. Ask students to watch two interview videos to learn from the interviewees in the case.
