Part II. Debate.
At work appearence is more important than performance.
you should keep you private life totally separate from your work.

Design: the class is divided into seven groups and each group has 5-6 students and one half support the argument and the other half work as the opposition side. The pro speaker gives 1min statement and the con leader gives 1min statement and the rest debate 2 mins freely.
