Project: Three scholars from Austrilian National University will visit Dongguan Polytechnique. They will arrive in Shenzhen Bao'an airport at 5:30 pm on March 2 in 2017 and leave on March 5 in 2017. 

You are the planning committee to work out the entertaining program and simulate the entertain process during Class.

Design: The whole class is divided into 6 groups. Group 1 is responsible for the entertaining program and coordination among the groups and give a cultural training on entertaining australian visitors. Group 2 is responsible for pick-up at the airport(prepare conversational topics, transportation tools, etc.). Group 3 is responsible for the booking of hotel and restaurant. Group 4 is responsible for leading visitors to visit the campus and give an introduction about Dongguan Polytechnique.Group 5 is responsible for accompanying visitors at dinners(ordering meals and conversational topics). Group 6 is in charge of the see-off(Gift-giving).
