A Brief Introduction to Films

 

In terms of impacton human, the film should be one of the most important inventions of the 19th century. Before this, not a kind of art can be in such a short time which create one by one so full and real virtual world. Film, or movie, is a series of moving pictures, usually shown in a cinema or on television. Technological groundwork for cinema includes the invention of photography in 1826,the introductionby Kodak in 1889 of celluloid that could be drawn past the lens to film and project a series of frames in rapid succession, and the development of cameras able to film moving images that was made independently in America and France by Edison and the Lumière brothers. The latter shot the first film in the world in 1895. Film industry has become one of the most fascinating parts in human life ever since.
