Roger: In order to cook delicious dishes, we Chinese chefs use a lot of condiments.
Eric: I know salt, soy sauce and edible oil.
Roger: For edible oil, we often use soybean oil, peanut oil, salad oil, olive oil, rapeseed oil, coconut oil and sesame oil.
Eric: Ketchup and vinegar… but I think the condiments for western food are various and difficult for me to learn.
