Henry: Over low heat for about 15 minutes.

Eric: Could I stir it occasionally?

Henry: Yes. Do you prepare some beef broth for today?

Eric: Yes, I will pour the broth into the pot later.

Henry: Sure, plus some bay leaves, thyme and pepper. Then bring it to a boil. Reduce the heat, cover and simmer.

Eric: For how long?

Henry: For about another 15 minutes, meanwhile you can prepare the toast.

Eric: No problem, anything else?

Henry: Sprinkle some parmesan cheese in the soup before serving.

Eric: All right!
