小分子数据采集分为以下步骤
                                                    

1 在需要低温的情况下，设定温度，确保开启空气压缩机前提下：
开启低温：点击cyro；点击restart；点击set；设定温度100K；点击cool；点击Ok；
关闭低温：点击cyro；点击set；点击end；点击Ok。

2 运行测试
1 点击exit/screen; 或者screen；或者start new;
晶体质量良好的判断标准：指标化率 > 80%；衍射强度：Moderately diffracting sample，Well diffracting sample； 

2 Pre-experiment测试
2-1进行命名；2-2点击pre-experiment;

3 Experiment stratedy设定
Resolution: 0.837：默认；Laue group：默认；
Friedel pair...（手性化合物（绝对构型）测试不要勾选此选项）；Detector distance：35（小分子）；
Strategy mode：default；
Time prediction based on data to 0.8 Ang：exp time设定在I/sigma >10 -15；
Scan width：默认。
点击calculate new strategy；和点击Update completeness。
点击start named experiment，设定晶体颜色，大小，形状等参数。
点击cancel。

4 （如果没有开启温度，请跳过此步）点击autochem/Movie/Cyro
如果是过夜收集，点击Auto shut down cryo unit，确保数据收集后完毕关闭液氮。

5 点击start experiment开始实验 （if a list of indexed crystal faces is required for a numerial absorption correction, these will have to be measured.）

6 测试完毕后，数据可以通过：1）上传基理平台系统并发送；2）或刻录DVD光盘。

3）使用慢速格式化U盘拷贝数据。
