Agenda
An agenda is a written list of topics or matters to be discussed at a meeting. A good meeting agenda will serve as a guide to participants, making the meeting more efficient and productive. The format of an agenda is comparatively fixed, which usually includes company name, subject, the place and time of a meeting at the very beginning.
