     Discussion 1: If you are to be a manager in a joint venture, you might encounter people coming from different cultures. What do you think you should pay attention to when you communicate with them? 


    Discussion 2: Think about your parents' work pattern. How many years have your parents worked for a company or a department? How do you describe the management system of their companies or departments? Discuss with your group members.
