Please learn the dialogues in Chapter Three Etiquette for Business Calls of the teaching materail, including Dialogue 1 Making and Receiving Business Calls, Dialogue 2 Leaving Business Message, Dialogue 3 Ringing Back, Dialogue 4 Dealing with Urgent Call and Dialogue 5 Dealing with Complaining Call. Please read these dialogues carefully; read each dialogue aloud at least once. You will be asked to read these dialogues in class. Please read the notes carefully and remember some examples. After returning to school, the teacher will help you to sort out these contents again and explain key examples.
