● The following is a bunch of notices. After reading them, you should complete the information by filling in the blanks marked 1 through 6 in the table below.



① A typical notice should tell the readers 3 W’s — what (what is it that you want to tell the readers), when (when will it happen) and where (where will it happen).
② General manager is the highest ranking(等级) manager in a company.
③ The head librarian is responsible for overall library administration(管理) and services.
④ This notice is different from the two above. It doesn’t have the date written in the upper right corner, nor does it have the signature at the bottom. This kind of notice often appears at a bulletin board(布告栏), a poster(海报) or a flyer(广告传单).
1. A typical notice should include 3 W’s. They are what, when, where.
2. General Manager’s Office wrote the first notice to tell sales managers to attend a meeting.
3. From January 1st, 2020, students can keep the books they have borrowed from the library for 21 days.
4. The School of Economics will have a debate at Hopkins Theatre.
5. The debate will last 2 hours.
6. Students who are going to the debate don’t need to bring drinks themselves because free drinks will be provided.
