Specimen 1 Marks Requirements
Dear Mr. Wu,
Please find the enclosed Contract No. HB-32 of July 1 covering shoes with our countersignature.
As there is brisk demand for the goods, you are requested to deliver the shipment as stipulated in your offer. {When making marks, please note that the measurement and weight of each case should be stenciled clearly for easy identification on the cases with the case number in a triangle, as shown below:
Indicative marks as “No Hook” , “Open Here” and warning marks as “No Open Flames”, should also appear on the outer packing so as to avoid any negligence that may cause unexpected trouble and expenses.
We trust that everything will turn out to be our entire satisfaction.
Specimen 2 The Mode of Packing
Dear Mr. Huang,
We have received your mail dated July 2 with many thanks.
The enclosure is our Sales Confirmation countersigned for 5,000 sets of heart rattan baskets.
For this is the first transaction between us, we would like to make it clear in advance that all items are to be packed in polybags of one set each, and 20 sets to a carton lined with water-proof materials. Please see to it that the cartons should be strong enough to protect the goods from any possible damage in transit. Shipping marks to be stenciled on the outer packing are indicated as follows:
