Task 1
Task 2

W: Good morning! How can I help you?
M: I want to borrow some books on computer. Can you show me how to find the books on the shelves?
W: You can search the catalogs on the computer over there and note down the call number of the books that you want.
M: After getting the call number, how can I find the books?
W: The first line of the call number tells you what section of the library the book lies in. The second line directs you tothe specific book.
M: So, what I have to do is to follow the labels on the ends of the shelves and then the labels on the books?
W: That’s right!
M: Thank you!
