Tax、duty、tariff都表示“税”，区别是：
Tax是最常见和普遍的，指日常纳税的税款，常用语value-added tax(VAT, 增值税), consumptiontax 等。
Duty和tariff通常指海关关税，比如duty-free goods(免税商品)，protective tariff(保护性关税)。
Dialogue One对话一
A: Where are you from?
B: China.
A: Are you here on business or for sightseeing?
B: For sightseeing.
A: How much foreign currency have you got?
B: $ 400.
A: All right.
A:您从哪里来?
B:中国。
A:来出差还是观光旅游B:旅游。
A:您带了多少外币?B: 400美元。
