history of cell theory

一 weird history of cell theory

1 in the early 1600s, Zacharas Jansen, a spectacle maker, came up first compound microscope, along with telescope.(disputed, maybe proposed by other person). however, this means that the invention of microscope and telescope are important.

the invention of microscope enabled scientists to view and study cell.

2  leeuwenhosk designed microscope by himself. he found that bacteria from teeth. he called them animalures.

3 Hooke defined the cell, he found that the single chamber of cork under microscope.

4 Scheiden found that every single plant he had looked at were all made of cells.

5 Schwann concluded that all animals were made of cells.

6 Rudolph virchan showed that cell came from other cells.(some people thought that he copied aother scienctist's theory)

二 cell theory

1 all organisms are composed of one or more cells.

2 the cell is the basic unit of structure and organization in organisms.

3 all cells come from preexisting cell.

Teinvention of microscope enabled scientists to view and
