The Sound of Music is one of my favorite movies. It tells a moving story which happened during the World War II. The Captain’s family loves music with their heart and soul, which impresses me deeply. The sweet and wonderful songs in the movie make me realize that music is the common language of mankind and has no boundaries, regardless of race. The song I love best is Edelweiss. At the end of the movie, under the strict supervision by Germans, the atmosphere in the theater is stressed out. The song sung by the Captain’s family is like a pure flower blooming in the dirty mud.It shows hope and spring to everyone.

But, there is goodness to life that cannot be denied, such as the joy of success, help from friends, the enjoyment of nature, beautiful songs, touching movies, delicious food and so on. Look closely, goodness can always find chances to come shining through. The more you experience and appreciate the goodness of life, the more there is to be lived.

So open your eyes, open your heart, and you will see that goodness is everywhere. Life is a priceless treasure. There is no limit to the goodness of life. It is there to surprise and delight you.
