      I knew Jane since we were very young. She is sweet and dynamic. The time we spent together was quite pleasurable and there was always unspoken agreement between us on many issues. Although we rarely met each other after we went to different universities, the friendship between us never went sour.  Each time when I met something happy or sad, she was the first one I wanted to share with. Just as the poem says, “A bosom friend afar brings distance near. ”
