Structure of Counter-offer
1. Thank the seller for his offer mentioning briefly the content of the offer
2. Express regret at inability to accept and state reason(s);
3. Put forward amendment or new proposals (an alternative to another offer);
4. Hope the counter-offer will be accepted and there may be an opportunity to cooperate together
