                      Memo 备忘录

备忘录是一种非正式的公文函件,它主要用来提醒、督促对方,或就某个问题提出自已的意见或看法。在业务上,它一般用来补充正式文件的不足。

 备忘录的主要内容及书写格式如下:


                                 

                                                             Title

 

Date: current date

 
 

To: reader's name and job title

 
 

From: writer's name and job title

 
 

Subject: what the memo is about,  hghlighted in some way

 
 

Body: detailed information

 
 

Closing remarksbuilding positive  relationsips with reder

 



    备忘录书端(Header): 书端是写在备忘录开头的压缩信息。情况不同,书端的格式可能不同,但是通常应采用下面这种格式。

Date(日期): 写在右上角或左边开头;

To(致):收件的姓名,职务等,可免称谓;

From(自):发件人姓名,职务等,可免称谓;

Subject(事由/主题):简要概括正文内容,使收件人一目了然。

正文(Body):在以上书端内容下空一两行写正文,正文需交代清楚who,what, where, when, why等要点。

Useful Expressions:

Remember to ..... 记得……。

We will.....我们将……。

.....should be completed within...   ……应当在不……完成……。

We need to....  我们需要…… 

...will be held at..……。 …… 将……。
