准备阶段 预习导航 了解本单元的学习目标.

情境导入 Some people are talking about the service they’ve received.Have they received good or bad service?

探究阶段 探索新知

Step one : Let students get ready for the class by exchanging greeting with each other. 

Step two: Revision. Review what we have learnt in last class by asking them to have a dictation.


Step three: Learning the new part – listening and speaking 

 Ⅰ Listening to the tape and try to finish task one and then check out the answer.

  Ⅱ Try to master some useful expressions to ask some questions at Check-in.

1.Do you have a reservation?

2. How long will you be staying?

3. Do you prefer a smoking or non-smoking room?

4. Will you be paying by cash or credit card?

5. Could you fill out this registration form, please?

Ⅲ Possible responses:

1.Yes, the name is Joe Smith.
