 Some background information about Chinese calligraphy：

   Over thousands of years, the style of Chinese calligraphy has evolved发展，进化 continuously. Chinese calligraphy (brush calligraphy )is an art unique to Asian cultures.  

Shu (calligraphy), Hua(painting), Qin(a string musical instrument) and Oi(a strategic board game )are the four basic skills and disciplines of Chinese intellectuals知识分子.

Regarded as the most abstract抽象的 and sublime崇高的 form of art in Chinese culture, Shufa (calligraphy) is often thought to be most revealing of one's personality.
