Dialogue 1:
In-flight shopping 航班购物
Flight Attendant: Would you like any duty-free,madam?
Passenger: Oh yes, I'd like to buy some perfume. Do you have any Calvin Klein?
Flight Attendant: Yes. Look here. We have three collections. Which one do you prefer?
Passenger: How about this?
Flight Attendant: This is our best-selling collection. It's ideal for the modern woman on the go.
Passenger: I like it.
Flight Attendant: I'll get it for you. Here you are.
Passenger: I'd also like to get something for the kids. Do you have any stuffed toys?
Flight Attendant: Yes, there are two. We've gota penguin and a pony.
Passenger: The pony looks so cute. I'll take it.
Flight Attendant: So that's forty dollars for the perfume plus fifteen dollars for the pony. That makes fifty-five in total.
Passenger: Here you are.
Flight Attendant: Thank you.

Dialogue 2:
Exchanging merchandize 调换商品
Customer: Excuse me, can you help me?
Shop Assistant: Yes, what can I do for you?
Customer: I bought this T-shirt for my son this afternoon, but it doesn’t fit him, it’s too small.
Shop Assistant: Do you want to exchange it or get a refund?
Customer: I’d like to exchange it for a larger size. Do you have a larger one?
Shop Assistant: Let me check. Yes, we have a large and an extra large size, which would you prefer?
Customer: I think a large size will be fine.
Shop Assistant: That’s fine. If it doesn’t fit, just bring it back again. If you don’t want it, please take it to the customer service desk, and they’ll sort it all out for you.
Customer: Thank you. You mean I can get a full refund?
Shop Assistant: Yes, of course. You can bring any clothing items back up to three weeks after purchase, but you must keep the receipt.
