Supplement

So many facilities have been introduced by the hotel Business Center. Only the small hotels have not used the system of computers connected to the internet. Many business centers now have the EDI services, such as E-mail, etc. Some hotels even have computers on loan to let the business guests use the computer or have their own portables connected to the net.

【Conclusion】

Business Center is also an important sector in the Front Office Department. As the staff in this department, we should be familiar with this job and provide proper service to our customers in our practical work.
