一、课程学习方法

1.线上学习：20课时。课前在线上进行预习，课后及时复习。多思考，多阅读相关专业知识；对于每章节的教学目标、重点难点、教学内容、工艺质量要求、课件、电子教材、章节小结、知识拓展等内容，都要用心体会。  

2. 线下学习：28课时。注重实践，提高动手能力，上课紧跟老师节奏进行制作；通过课内课外实践练习，市场调研、专业实习、考察等教学环节，探讨服装的制作工艺，研究部件变化的实现手段，提高设计应用能力以及动手操作能力。

3. 提升技能水平，注重实践。及时高效完成练习作业，开展各项专业实践。

在课堂内完成课堂教学任务，课堂外进行相应的创新创业训练。通过阅读相应的服装专业书籍、观看流行服饰走秀视频、走访相应的服装企业、研究服装与服饰作品从服装设计到服装结构到服装工艺的实现的过程、研究设计类论文，研究服装设计大赛获奖作品等，拓展设计思维与专业知识，并积极参加各种比赛，提高创新创业能力和为企业服务的意识。

二、所需缝制工具

 高速电动缝纫机、烫台、烫包、张小泉12号－14号剪刀、小握剪或小剪刀、直尺、熨斗、珠针、锥子、画粉、机针等。

一、 Course Learning Methods

1. Online Learning: 20 class hours. Preview online before class and review promptly afterward. Think critically and read relevant professional knowledge; carefully understand the teaching objectives, key points and difficulties, teaching content, process quality requirements, courseware, e-textbooks, chapter summaries, and knowledge extensions for each chapter.

2. Offline Learning: 28 class hours. Emphasize practical application and improve hands-on skills. Follow the teacher's pace in class; explore garment manufacturing processes and study the means of component changes through in-class and out-of-class practical exercises, market research, professional internships, and field trips, improving design application abilities and hands-on skills.

3. Enhance Skill Levels and Emphasize Practice. Complete exercises and assignments promptly and efficiently, and engage in various professional practices.

Complete classroom teaching tasks in class and conduct corresponding innovation and entrepreneurship training outside of class. By reading relevant fashion design books, watching fashion show videos, visiting relevant clothing companies, studying the process of clothing and accessories creation from design to structure to craftsmanship, researching design papers, and studying award-winning works in fashion design competitions, students can expand their design thinking and professional knowledge. They can also actively participate in various competitions to improve their innovation and entrepreneurship abilities and their awareness of serving businesses.

二、Required Sewing Tools

High-speed electric sewing machine, ironing table, ironing bag, Zhang Xiaoquan No. 12-14 scissors, small-hand scissors or small shears, ruler, iron, pins, awl, chalk, sewing needles, etc.

服装工艺实训室学生实训守则  一、安全使用剪刀、 锥子， 不准拿利器嘻戏打闹， 避免意外伤害。 　 　 二、禁止携带火种、食物进入实训场室，消除火灾隐患。 　 三、 注意维护和保养缝纫机械。 使用平缝机时要扶正衣片， 令其自动进给，无须拉扯，避免手指扎伤，发现机械故障， 应停车检修。 四、 正确使用烫斗，调温切忌过高，熨斗应放在垫台上，用后即关，避免烧坏衣料或烫斗。 　 　 五、 正确使用压粘机，要根据不同面料进行温度的调整，摆放衣片时应使胶衬朝上，面料朝下，避免烧坏衣片。 　 六、 由指导教师管理电源的插接，避免学生错接或触电。 　 七、 调试挑脚机时要小心不要碰断挑线叉的长叉尖，调整送布牙前后位置时，要左手扶住牙杆， 右手拧螺钉，防止弄断牙杆。  八、 上机前应搞好机台及周围环境清洁工作，机盒加油做到少量勤斟，防止油迹沾污衫布。  九、 车衣前先试车四查： 查缝纫线是否符合要求，查底面线松紧程度，查针缝密度是否标准，查跳线、 油污情况。 　　  十、车缝完毕， 应将针起到最高位置， 然后起针、断线、断电。 　  十一、 遇机台有故障如有异音、跳线、断针、爆孔、针缝密度不合等应及时调整或修理，不要勉强使用。 　  十二、 执行服装工艺文件，保质保量完成实训任务。
