         Established on January 16, 2006, Beijing MTR Corporation Limited (hereinafter referred to as "BJMTR") is a joint-venture company of Beijing Infrastructure Investment Co., Ltd. (BIIC, 2% shareholding), Beijing Capital Group (BCG, 49% shareholding) and MTR Corporation (MTR, 49% shareholding). Based on the Transit Oriented Development (TOD) model, BJMTR envisions to become a leading city operator in the world which connects and promotes community development with caring services as it drives diversified businesses. Endeavors have been made to provide passengers with safe, reliable, comfortable, and convenient transport services. At present, BJMTR participates in the investment, construction and operation of Beijing Metro Line 4, Line 14 and Line 16 by adopting PPP model, and is responsible for the operation and management of Daxing Line and Line 17(with rolling stocks lease). The total route length is over 200 km, of which 148.5 km and 91 stations are now in service. 

香港制造 民族骄傲

港铁的使命是让城市前行（Keep Cities Moving）。5月15日，香港东铁线跨过维多利亚港，延伸至港岛。东铁线跨海段通车，实现了从罗湖站到金钟站44分钟、落马洲站到金钟站50分钟的通勤。落马洲站和罗湖站分别靠近两个主要的口岸，符合“一小时经济圈”（‘one-hour economic circle’）的愿景，这将显著地促进大湾区的交流与繁荣。

除了在香港本地的不断发展，港铁公司与内地亦有着深度的合作。

在广东，广深港高铁（Guangzhou-Hong Kong High-speed Railway）香港段南起于西九龙填海区香港西九龙站，北讫于香港与深圳市的边界，总长26千米，该路段北端连接广深港高铁广深段，并与40000千米长的中国高速铁路网络相通。

北京有多条地铁线的运营建造有港铁的参与。北京京港地铁有限公司总股份中港铁公司占股49%。北京地铁四号线、十四号线、十六号线、十七号线、大兴线，全长二百多公里，由京港地铁公司运营。深圳、杭州、澳门特别行政区也都有港铁公司的合作项目。除地铁项目的支持外，港铁公司还参与了从首都北京丰台站到香港西九龙的京港高铁项目。整个项目建成后，将成为中国公共交通的又一个里程碑。放眼全球，港铁公司的业务还扩展到了伦敦、悉尼、墨尔本和斯德哥尔摩等海外城市。港铁公司也参与运营了以英女王名字命名的伦敦地铁伊丽莎白线（Elizabeth Line）。该线路于2015年5月31日开通运营第一段阶段，第三阶段也于今年5月24日开通运营。从香港本地市场，到大湾区，到北京，再到全球，香港地铁作为国际地铁运营的业务标杆，持续与世界分享经验。香港制造，民族骄傲。
