When we become college students, we will find that how to deal with interpersonal relationships becomes a necessary ability we need to develop and mutual understanding and respects lie in the center of any healthy and beneficial interpersonal relationships.
Firstly, the differences between people are inevitable and mutual understanding and respects play a vital role in helping us avoid unnecessary conflicts. For instance, in college, we may live with roommates who are from different parts of China, and the chances that we differ in behaviors and habits will be bigger. Complaints or confrontations will not solve such problems and of and on we will read some news about the horrible consequences they have led to.
