要点：

1.      书面通知的内容及格式分类

书面通知一般包括标题、日期、正文（具体事项、时间、地点、要求）及落款。   

正文部分可采用段落式写法或者条目式写法。段落式多用于诸如会议、考试及各种比赛；条目式则多用于讲座、报告、演讲以及文体类活动。

2.     正文写作特点

（1）语言精练，表述准确

（2）运用长短句使通知内容更为美观、醒目

（3）运用斜体字、黑体字或者下划线强调重点内容

3．常用句型
