（1）   铃响三声内接听电话

（2）   保持微笑，礼貌用语

（3）   不能咀嚼食物

（4）   左手听筒，右手握笔

（5）   避免背景噪音

（6）   礼貌转接

2.      接听电话常用句式

  Step1: 拿起听筒

  打招呼： Xiaoli speaking, may I help you?

  Step2：电话找你

  This is Xiaoli.

  Yes, speaking!

  Step3：电话找他人

  Hold on please. I’ll put you through.

  Step4：所找之人不在

  I’m afraid she / he isn’t available at the moment.

  Is there anything I can do for you?

  Would you like to leave a message?

  Step5：别人打错电话

  Sorry. I am afraid you’ve got the wrong number.
