Nowadays，some college graduates don’t want to work for others and they tend to open a business of their own. But some others take the attitude that finding a job is the best choice.

“First job, then business” would be my choice. One reason is that we, as recent college graduates, can hardly adapt what we’ve learned in schools to constantly changing economic environments, so that we may find it hard to convert the academic knowledge into real job skills. To gain working experiences and adjust us to the demand of society, we need time to practice in work. The next reason is that we have stayed several years in the “tower of ivory”, with little awareness of the management of enterprises and the ways to enter business cooperation with others. So taking a job is helpful in broadening horizons. Finally, Extensive business connections and great foresight are also necessary for the future entrepreneurs.  All of these qualities would rise in practical work.

So to become a man of ability can adapt himself better to the future business, get more responsibilities and produce more social value.
