  With the economic development in China, job market offers college graduates more choices. The State-owned business or joint venture? The recent graduates’ opinions differ greatly. As to me, I would choose the latter. 

My priority of employment gives to the joint venture as my considering the following reasons. First of all, the corporate culture of the joint venture tends to be more general, open-minded, honest,  positive  and aggressive. Favoritism moves to the background. Secondly, in joint ventures, employees may find more opportunities for the improvement in their professional skills, post and salary, if they are really competent, qualified and hard-working. Under the circumstances, encouraged and urged to move forward, the employees ‘enthusiasm for work is usually stimulated greatly and, as a result, they will show great aggressiveness and consciousness of innovation. What’s more, the employees of joint ventures get higher pay than those in state-owned businesses, which is really appealing to young people. In brief, a position in a joint venture is suitable for me. What fits is good.
