        这部分主要是针对有工作经验的被面试者而设计的面试题型,如果役面试者能够合理曲运用技巧将面试官引导进自己提前准备好的面试范围,那么在整个面试过程将全部针对被面试者的工作经验展开对话,面试内容不再会涉及其他话题,只是针对“工作经验"这一个话题进行面试,那么被面试者就会占据面试的主导地位,从而顺利通过面试。那么如何才能“悄无声息"地将面试官引导进被面试者提前准备好的工作经验的范围呢?

讲解分析:

1.Q:Why do you want to work on cruise ship?

A:Because I worked as a waitress in Dubai（迪拜） for 2 years.

        这个答案简直太完美,这个问题是历年的真题,被面试者是一个女孩儿,她曾经在迪拜工作两年,岗位是服员 她的工作经验就是她自己在那次面试的亮点。在面试前,她对自己的工作经验部分做了充分的准备工作,可是谁也不能保证在面试过程中,面试官就肯定会问到她的工作经验,所以为了保险起见,就“量身定做”了这样的答技巧。她这样的答案必定会引导面试官继续问:

What did you do in Dubai?

What was your duty?

How much did you get in Dubai?

Why did you quit?

        类似的问题会相继出现,而这些问题都是事先演练好的。

        如果被面试者具有良好的工作经验,那么被面试者要想尽一切办法引导面试官进人被面试者提前准备好的工作经验的范围。 下面举几个例子,还是以那个在迪拜工作过的女孩为例, 无论面试官怎么问,无论问什么样的问题都能引导面试官进入被面试者提前准备好的工作经验的范围。

2.Q:How old are you?

A:Now,I am 25.Two years ago,I was 23 and I celebrated my birthday in Dubai.

        接下来面试官肯定会问:

Q:Why did you celebrate your birthday in Dubai?

A;Because I worked as a waitress in Dubai for 2 years.

        现在是不是引导面试官进人了事先准备好的“陷阱”了?再如:

3.Q:Why do you apply for Assistant Waiter?

4.Q:Where are you from?

        接下来的问题会接踵而来:

        现在问来问去,又绕回到了“工作经验”。

        以上四个例子说明,无论面试官问什么样的面试问题,有工作经验的被面试者都要学会利用面试技巧试官引导面试进入事先准备好的“陷阱”,这祥才能提高面试的通过率,如果被面试官没有全职的工作经验,兼职的工作经验也可以。
