I. 现象分析

        这部分主要是针对被面试者的个人兴趣爱好而设计的面试题型。面试过程中，面试官会 针对被面试者的个人兴趣爱好挖掘更深层次的面试话题，不只是简单地问What is your hobby?What do you do in your spare time"等问题后就停止问话了，后面还会继续问更深层次的问题，他会从被面试者的"个人兴趣爱好"这个话题点开始，逐渐地铺开一个面，展开话题内容，面试官会想尽一切办法挖掘"个人兴趣爱好"这个话题点背后的话题，从而掌握被面试者的实际情况，进而判断被面武者的潜质，最后断定被面试者是否适合邮轮上的工作。当然，这也就意味着被面试者是否能通过面试。

面试官的问题会逐渐复杂，但是复杂问题往往是从简单问题开始的，如

Q : What do you do in your spare time?

A : I usually play the piano,

面试官接着还会继续问

Q: Can you please give me a name of piano song?

Q : Why did you choose piano?

Q : How long have you studied piano?

Q: Why don't you choose the job about piano?

接下来面试官马上就会问到关于邮轮的问题

他问这个问题的目的是要了解面试者上邮轮的决心和目的，这个时候被面试者要把握好回答问题的度，(象这类问题，被面试者面试前早就已经根据自己的实际情况设计好个人兴趣爱好的问题，在面试官提问过程中要引领他进入被面试者自己早已准备好的问题领域。

总之，在回答此类问题时要掌握一个原则：被面试者上一道题的答案就是面试官下一道问题，所以被面试者在给出答案前，大脑要迅速运转，启动大脑CPU,考虑一下自己给出的答案是否能hold住。下面举一个真实的例子这个求职者叫Debby，面试官看到她简历的兴趣爱好里面写的是Reading，于是问

1. Q：Do you like reading?

    A: Yes, I like reading.

面试官接着问

2. Q: What kind of book do you like?

当被问到这个问题的时候，由于是第一次面试，没有经验，Debby没有想到面试官会继续沿着这个话题问下去，她本以为面试官会变换话题，问下其他的问题，当时Debby一时没有反应过来，就随口答道:

A: I like mysterious story. 实际上她想说科幻小说(science fiction)，

但是她一时间不知道怎么用英语翻译"科幻小说"这个词，就随口说出了mysterious story，而且这个词发音还是错的。

面试官继续问

3. Q: Can you give me a book name of mysterious story?

Debby顿时语塞，最后面试失败。

所以，大家一定切记，自己回答的答案就是下一题的问题。

另外，还要注意一点，被面试者回答出的答案一定要与自己的简历上的内容一致，千万不能出现与简历内容不符的答案。否则，面试官会认为被面试者没有责任心，连自己的简历都弄错，那么以后到邮轮上工作，为客人服务的时候更没有责任心。进而，面试官会拒绝这样的被面试者。
