The Challenges of Starting a Career after Graduation

After graduating, some college students attempt to set up their own business instead of working for others. When doing so, they have to be confronted with quite a lot of challenges.

Among them are two major challenges. One is the unfavorable economic situations at the global level. The whole world is still in financial crisis, which has inevitably exerted an adverse influence on our national economy. Under this circumstance graduates are compelled to deal with many financial obstacles if they intend to establish their own firms. The other is that these college students are lacking in social experience. Thus, they are always too optimistic about their career and are not well prepared psychologically for potential frustrations. Once stuck in trouble, they tend to lose confidence and feel depressed.

It will not be so easy for ambitious graduates to start a career with such challenges. However, there also exist some opportunities for them to realize their dreams. Therefore, it is advisable for college students to become a boss of their own after leaving school.
