pension

n. [C] an amount of money paid regularly bythe government or a company to sb. who no longer works because of age orillness 养老金；抚恤金

He finds it hard to live on his pension. 他发现靠抚恤金生活很困难。

He won't be able to draw his pension until he's 65. 他在65岁以前不可能支取养老金。
