Antitrust Law and Competition Policy: This is a largely descriptive section on antitrust law.  The material itself is quite straightforward and students should have no difficulty understanding after reading through the section.  Therefore, a discussion of a specific legal case or two is likely the most important contribution an instructor can make.  Alternatively, students can be given a short research assignment (see below) to summarize and evaluate a recent antitrust case.
