一、教学目标与要求：

四、教学过程：

Step1. Free talk

 Teachers talk with the students and help them finish Warm-up.

Step2. Listening A

1. Before listening to the dialogue, ask students to guess the answer.

2. Listen to the dialogue and check the answer.

3. Listen again and underline the sentences about agreement and disagreement.

Step3. Practice

1. Ask Ss to make up their dialogues with useful expressions.

2. Invite some pairs to present their dialogues to the class.

3. Complete the conversations on Page 168.

Step4. Listening B

1. Listen and choose the right answer.

2. Listen again and fill in the blanks.

3. Discuss with the classmates and complete the survey.

Step5. Extension

1. Help the students work out the dialogue.

2. Points:

certain  确信无疑的: 只放be动词后做表语

                    某种：      只放名词前作定语

    certainly （副词）必定=surely

    certain （确信）与sure的辨析：

   1) be certain of/ about= be sure of/ about 对......确信

   2) be certain to do = be sure to do 必定会做

   3) make certain of /about/ that...=make sure of /about/ that...

                                                 弄清楚、确保

   4) be certain +从句=be sure+ 从句:   确信

   5) It's certain+从句: ......是肯定的（只能用certain)

   6) I'm sure/ certain of success: 我确信我会成功。

       He is sure/ certain to succeed: （我相信）他必定会成功。

wonder （动词）想知道

                 （名词） 奇迹

    用作动词时，后跟：疑问词+ 不定式

                                     疑问词引导的宾语从句

require 动词，需要、要求

   require sb. to do 要求某人做某事

   require that... (should) do

   It's required that...(should) do

   sth. require doing= sth. require to be done (need/ want)

          被动

帮助某人摆脱困难 help sb. out

在某方面帮某人 help sb. with sth.

帮助某人做某事 help sb. (to) do sth.

请随意吃点  Help yourself to some...

情不自禁做某事 can't / couldn't help doing

不能帮忙做某事 can't / couldn't  help (to) do

在某人的帮助下 with one's help    

否定前移：

主语+don't / doesn't/ didn't +动词(think / believe/ suppose)+从句

 1）句子是否定

 2）反义疑问句用肯定疑问。

      主句主语是第一人称，附加疑问句看从句。

      I don't suppose that they are right，are they?

      主句主语是第二、三人称，附加疑问句看主句。

     She doesn't suppose that they are right，does she?

a little + 不可数名词      a bit of+ 不可数名词

    a little + 形容词原形或比较级   a bit + 形容词原形或比较级

    not a little=very  非常      not a bit= not...at all  一点儿也不

agree with sb.  同意某人的观点、看法

   agree with sth. 适合，适应，与一致

  agree to sth.  赞成（计划、建议、安排等）

  agree on sth. 在某事上达成一致

  agree to do sth.  同意去做某事

have sb. do让某人做某事

have sb./ sth. doing 让某人或某物一直进行某动作或保持某状态

have sth. done 让某事被做

make it= manage to do= succeed in doing= do sth. successfully 成功做某事
