Step1. Free talk

 Teachers talk with the students and help them finish Warm-up.

Step2. Listening A

1. Before listening to the dialogue, ask students to guess the answer.

2. Listen to the dialogue and check the answer.

3. Listen again and underline the sentences about Sandys health.

Step3. Practice

1. Ask Ss to make up their dialogues with useful expressions.

2. Invite some pairs to present their dialogues to the class.

3. Complete the conversations on Page 112.

Step4. Listening B

1. Learn some expressions by pictures.

2. Listen and complete the patient information form.

3. Listen again and tick true or false.

4. Practice to talk about the partners health and give the advice.

Step5. Extension

1. Help the students work out the dialogue.
