1、Tour Leader‘s Spectrum of Duty出境领队职责

Telling the group members to be prepared

Helping the group members to apply for passports and visas

Collecting all the documents needed

Applying visa for the group

2、Applying for a Visa 办理签证

1)Log on to the website of American Embassy in Beijing and fill in the

application forms.

2),Mainly US Visa Application Form, copy of your ID card, valid original

passport and the bareheaded color photo taken in the last 6 months.

3)Then make an appointment by telephone and wait for the interview.

Q:What shall I do when I have the visa interview at the American Embassy?

A:The consular officer will just ask you a couple of questions and check the documents that show you are qualified for the visa.

Q：What's the fee for application?

A: About 800 yuan.



1、passport application


First you should fill in the passport application form.

then submit all documents needed to the Exit-Entry Administration of Hangzhou

Municipal Public Security Bureau.

Youu should pay 200 yuan for the handling. The rest you have to do is just waiting.

 In 15 working days.



2、visa  application


The purpose of your intended travel and other facts will determine what type of visa is required under U.S. immigration law. As a visa applicant, you will need to establish that you meet all requirements to receive the category of visa for which you are applying. When you apply at a U.S embassy or consulate, a consular officer will determine based on laws, whether you are eligible to receive a visa, and if so, which visa category is appropriate.
