Working Procedures工作流程简介

领队登机前最好与地勤人员核实下团队成员是否都已登机.以防客人误机,乘坐飞机时,为避免遗失,全团机票由领队统一保管。分配座位时,一般按客人名单顺序或事先抽签的方式决定座次。在飞机上,空姐通常会引领客人找到位置,必要时领队可以协同空姐给予客人一些指引。由于语言受限,乘坐外国航班时,许多游客往往不敢开口要求机上服务。领队应能清楚地帮助团友表达所需,训练有素的机上乘务员,大都可以应客人的要求提供周到的服务,从供应饮食、安排娱乐活动到提供空中购l物和救助伤病不适旅客。维护本团游客享受服务的权益,是领队的职责。

1 Finding an Aisle Seat找到过道座位

(A: Tour Leader; B: Gate Agent; c: Flight Attendant   D: PA;E: Another Passenger)

(at the boarding gate.)

D: Ladies and gentlemen, Korean Air Flight KE896 to Inchon is now ready for boarding. Please proceed to Gate 15 at this time.

A: Now it is time to board on the flight, everyone. Please get your boarding passes ready.

D: We will now begin boarding rows 20-40.

A: Oh, listen, is it our turn? Check your boarding passes .... Yes, follow me to the gate.

B: Boarding pass, please.

A: Here you are.

B: Thanks.

(On the plane.)

C: Welcome on board the Korean Air!

A: Where is seat 28D?

C: Just go straight and it's an aisle seat on the right.

A: Thank you.

C: Please make sure your seat belt is fastened, ma'am.

A: Okay.

E: Do I have to?

C: Yes, absolutely.

2 Luggage Stowing行李放置

A: Good morning. Welcome aboard.This way, please.

B: Thank you, stewardess. Can you direct me to my seat?

A: Certainly, may I see your boarding pass, please?

B: Sure, here it is.

A: It's 32B. Just over there, sir.

B: Thank you, miss.Where can I put my bag?

A: You can put your coat and small things in the bin over your head and your bag here at your feet.

B: CanI put my bag in this empty seat beside me?

A: I'm sorry. All carry-on luggage must be placed underneath the seat in front of you or in the overhead compartment.

B: Where is the seat recline button?

A: Right here on the armrest. Keep your chair upright until you're told it can be reclined.

B: Thank you.
