Working Procedures工作流程简介
(1)领队带领团队跟着“Immigration” “Passport Control” “Customs
Clearance”等标志引导客人有序通过移民局入关，必要时协助做好移
民官与客人的沟通。领队通常第一个办理入境手续，将护照、团队行程单和返程机票提供给移民局官员，接受官员的询问。
(2)有些国家需要进行指纹采集(fingerprint)、虹膜采集（irisscanning)，领队需提醒客人配合。同时关照客人检查入境章是否清晰，且勿拍照和喧哗。
(3)注意走对入关通道，切记跟从Foreigner标志走。比如：入境英国时，不走UK/EU PASSPORT,而走ALL OTHER PASSPORTS通道；入境欧盟国家时，走ALL PASSPORTS或Non-EU通道；入境美国时，走ON-RESIDENT通道，除非有PR CARD(绿卡)走Returning ResidentAliens，或持有immigration visa的走Aliens with Immigration Visas。
(4)去欧洲申根签证国家，无论直飞还是转机，都是从飞机落地的第一个申根国家办理入境手续。下面对话2(Scenari0 2)是去北欧旅游，在法兰福转机时就要办理入境手续（跟着Connecting Flights标志走）。若是抵达美国机场，无论是否转机去美国其他城市，都应在第一个入境的美国口岸（First U.S. Port-of-Entry）办理入境手续。

2.Luggage Claim提取行李
(1)从机场屏幕中快速找到航班号和对应的行李转盘信息。
(2)指引客人去何处取行李。
(3)提醒客人留意行李是否有未等异常情况；如有异常，需要当场处理。
Finding the Carousel找行李转盘
A: Excuse me.I am a bit confused with all the signs. I hope you can speak English.

3.Customs Clearance过海关
1)领队需要熟知目的地的海关规定，比如新西兰和澳大利亚是严禁摸带萨良泰克等管制药品入境的。
2)留意新政策，及时向客人做好解释和提醒。比如从2014年11月1日起，新西兰对于免税烟草入境规定由原来的每＼200支（50支雪茄或250克烟草）下调到50支（ 50克雪茄或50克烟草）．。
(3)领队需要协助客人通过海关。英语是得力工具。
