准备阶段 预习导航 Some people are talking about the service they’ve received. Have they received good or bad service?

情境导入 Read the phone conversation and underline the key information the clerk shouldn’t miss.

探究阶段 探索新知 Step one : Let students get ready for the class by exchanging greeting with each other 

Step two: Revision. Review what we have learnt in last class by asking them to have a dictation.

 Step three: Learning the new part – listening and speaking 

Ⅰ Listening to the tape and try to finish task one and then check out the answer.

 Ⅱ Try to master some useful expressions to ask some questions at Check-in.
