       What is an enquiry?

    ---An enquiry is sent by a buyer/importer to a potential supplier toseek terms and conditions, or sent by a seller/exporter to customer to seek the possibility of transactions.

        In a word, it is a request for the supply of certain information on commodity, service or conditions and terms of transaction。

Who make the enquiry?

    ---Most enquiries are made by the buyers/importers to the sellers/exporters. In our dialogues, we assume that all the enquiries are made by buyers.

E组（发货）：

EXW: ex work 指定地点工厂交货

F组（主要运费未付）：

•FCA 指定地点货交承运人

•FAS 装运港船边交货

   FOB:free on board 装运港船上交货/离岸价

C组（主要运费已付）：

•CFR:cost and freight 指定目的港成本加运费

•CIF:cost, insurance and freight  指定目的港成本,保险加运费/到岸价

•CPT 运费付至指定目的地

•CIP 运费、保险费付至指定目的地

    D组(到达)：

•DAP (Delivered at Place) 指定目的地交货

•DPU (Delivered at Place Unloaded) 指定目的地卸货地交货

•DDP (Delivered Duty Paid ) 指定目的地完税后交货
