                    Establish Business Relations

Establishing business relations is the first step in a transaction inforeign trade. The development and expansion of a business depends oncustomers. No transactions can be concluded until contacts have been madebetween two or more companies. Writing emails, making phone calls or using instant communication software( WhatsApp, Wechat…) are common practices in business communications. To establish business relations with prospective dealers is one of the vitally important measures either for a newly established firm or an oldone that wishes to enlarge its business scope and turnover.


turnover: n.  the turnover of a company is the value of the goods or services sold during a particular period of time. 营业额         e.g.   The company had a turnover of $3.8 million.
