知识点二  “热巴鼓”的基本动律与风格特点

 热巴舞蹈动作强烈，男子仿佛雄鹰一般单腿跨转，腾跃飞旋，女子一手拿弓鼓槌，高举头顶，转翻身中欢舞，犹如孔雀开屏。舞蹈动作选用弦子、锅庄舞步的同时，吸收了杂技表演的一些技巧动作，比较精彩的有躺身平转、躺身小蹦子、前后甩腰、跨腿原地转、躺身大蹦子等。“热巴鼓”很讲究单腿旋转和各类蹦子、串身翻等动作，如女子带鼓平转，猫跳翻身、正反转、高低击鼓等，变化多端，情绪高涨。男子的技巧表演更扣人心弦，它充分表现了藏族人民纯情朴实、热情开朗、坚强的英雄气质。如表现动物形态的兔子跳，或扭身跳，或滚毛，或走矮子，表现技巧和技艺的磨盘腿，或单腿挎转，或摇铃蹲转，或作躺身蹦子;表现嬉戏与体育竞技的摔跤角斗，乌龟爬沙、堆罗汉、滚壶坛等

The Reba dance is full of intense movements. Men leap and spin on one leg like eagles, while women hold bows, drums and mallets in one hand, raise them high above their heads, and dance joyfully while turning over, just like peacocks spreading their tails. While the dance moves adopt the Xianzi and Guozhuang steps, it also incorporates some acrobatic performance techniques. The "Reba Drum" is very particular about single-leg rotation and various trampolines, body flips and other movements. For instance, a woman turns the drum flat, a cat jumps over, turns forward and backward, and beats the drum high and low, etc. The variations are diverse and the mood is high.
